随着科技的快速发展，各种智能化设备进入到人们的生活中。“智能化”已仅仅不是高新设备标榜自身“高大上”的手段，而是人们切实的需求。各种视听设备、投影设备、物联设备，会议系统进入各行各业。

会议室与教室等场所，已经不是以前一张椅子和一个话筒就可以满足的了，取而代之的是各种先进的多媒体会议设备，如：投影机、录像机、多媒体电脑、电动窗帘、视频矩阵、无音频矩阵等等。但是会议室设备的增加随之而来的是多种设备的使用带来的复杂的操作。例如：每次开会要打开多种设备的电源，要开关灯光，要频繁切换各种音频信号以及投影的画面。在这样的过程中产生了高昂的维护成本以及学习成本。为了解决这个问题，一种能够集中管理这些设备，并能同时控制会议室内的各种资源的“中央控制系统”应运而生。随着人们对会议室中控的了解慢慢的深入，人们对会议室中控的需求不至于简单的控制周边设备的开关，而是更加集成化、智能化与系统化的管理。应遵守以下原则：成熟实用、经济合理、可靠安全、可兼容可扩展。

一、系统概述

二、用户需求
